The building category is tough to stand out in. In WA the market is in decline and booming in VIC; Homebuyers Centre has low awareness in a relatively set and developed market.
We needed to develop a campaign that builds on and adapts the existing ‘coaching’ positioning, to cut through and drive enquiry.
The idea, is that building your first home can seem complicated. And that’s just not Homebuyers Centre. We needed to keep it simple.
