At J. Walter Thompson Company, she runs Geometry@JWT, delivering best in class brand orientated shopper marketing solutions. A dedicated team of 20+ people specialised in the development of strategic and creative programmes that positively affect behaviour pre, at and post purchase.
Geometry@JWT is Diageo’s Shopper Marketing agency of record across Europe and have carried out retail and shopper activation activity for a range of J. Walter Thompson’s clients including Canon, Nestle, Philadelphia and Shell.
Prior to that, Eileen jointly set up a start-up agency within the Golley Slater Group to deliver Promotional Marketing expertise. There, she led the marketing and communications strategy development, planning and implementation across broad range of clients including Canon UK, Twinings, and TK Maxx.
She was then was offered the opportunity to develop the high profile Army account across London and the South East, reporting to the Army Management Board. She led the strategic planning and implementation of all recruitment marketing.
She then took up the lead agency role for McDonald's UK BTL activity. This involved leading a dedicated team of 20 people across the full range of in (and around) restaurant communications, from menu strategy development (including the McDonald's UK McCafe launch) category planning and all in-restaurant activation including Gaming, Merchandising, Food Promotions and all things Happy Meal.
