But how to change the Portuguese habits in 28 days? Knowing that 95% of people complete a weight loss plan, if they have continued encouragement, the brand has developed a plan. A Natural Ritual which worked the three essential pillars in the fight against cellulite: diet, physical exercise and of course, beauty rituals.

In a ChatBot of its official Facebook page Messenger, it presented a 28-day plan with personalized suggestions, designed to the routines of each woman. It was thought to accompany each one in the achievement of the desired summer body.

Daily, during the 28 days of the plan, the Bot offered healthy suggestions and tips, that could easily be introduced into the user’s routines. Simultaneously the best ways of applying the brand’s products in different contexts and times of the day were presented.

In 3 months, Elancyl's #RitualNatural ChatBot was completed by more than 2,000 women, who had the company and motivation to achieve their summer goal.

With this differentiating digital project, the brand won Gold in health, hygiene and beauty categories, in 2017 Sapo Awards.
