The Summer 14: Young Commodores Start Ad Journey
J. Walter Thompson New York is pleased to welcome this year’s class of Young Commodores, a group of extremely talented, highly motivated potential ad stars of the future.
The Young Commodores, a diversity initiative created by Keni Thacker, is a 16-week, fully immersive advertising/business experience for multicultural high school and college advertising students. Throughout their time in the program, the students work on a real-life, non-profit client that deals with issues that affect their demographic.
