JWT Takes Home 4 WPPed Cream Awards

The WPPed Cream Awards recognize the best work produced by WPP companies around the world, across all marketing disciplines. The awards give all WPP agencies the opportunity to compete and be recognized for their outstanding work that has provided growth and brand value to clients.

Our network took home a total of four WPPed Cream Awards across our Brazil, Amsterdam, Paris and Casablanca offices.

JWT Brazil’s “Don’t Blame the Clothes” campaign for Womanity.org won a WPPed Cream Award in the print advertising category. In Brazil, every 11 minutes a woman is raped, and to add insult to injury, one in three of the population believes it’s the woman’s fault. 30% blame what the woman is wearing rather than the rapist. This campaign brings to light that what women wear isn’t the reason for rape culture, but rather that this has been an ongoing issue for years.

JWT Amsterdam’s “Pay with Views” for Opel took home a WPPed Cream Award in the Public Relations consumer marketing category. The campaign turned YouTube views into currency by asking people to film their Opel test drive, upload it onto YouTube and use the views to buy a brand-new Opel Online Edition model.

Our network also took home WPPed Cream Awards for JWT Paris’s “Forbidden Stories” in the advertising, promo and activation category; and JWT Casablanca’s “Break the Speed” in the advertising outdoor category.
