Celebrating Cinema Rolex
Rolex entered a long term partnership with the Academy Awards and the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in the beginning of February – a first step to the brands insertion into the cinema category as a whole. The mission is to celebrate the art and craft of cinema and all the details that go into great film-making.
James Cameron, a long time Rolex Testimonee, launched the campaign this February through video, print and digital content that speaks to the importance of every little detail that goes into his film-making. His message was followed by iconic films, like Titanic, that feature Rolex as a key detail within these iconic moments – emphasized around the Oscar’s event and content online.
