Address Point An Post
Homeless figures in Ireland are at their largest ever. Now topping 10,000 people, with a third of these being children. Beyond not having a home, when you are homeless you have no address. This means a lack of access to basic human requirements, including employment, social services, health care and education.
With homeless figures rising, to tackle this problem we proudly partnered with An Post to create the Address Point service. This initiative gives homeless people an address, like any other, which can be connected to a local Post Office. This not only allows people to connect to essential services, but it gives them a base for their address to pick up correspondence when needed. More than this though, Address Point helps homeless people get back on their feet giving them back their dignity and pointing them in a direction back home.
