Week of June 5, 2017
In just a little over a week, the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity will kick off once again in the South of France.
At last year’s festival, we walked away with a strong pride of 80 Lions. One of the most decorated campaigns was JWT Amsterdam’s "The Next Rembrandt," a collision of tech, art, and data that really signaled the endless potential of our creative muscle.
Now almost a year after landing big wins in the Palais, “The Next Rembrandt” still has the world buzzing. The campaign and JWT Amsterdam Creative Partner Bas Korsten were recently featured in Bill Nye Saves the World, a Netflix series hosted by one of the most recognized faces in science.
