An Account Supervisor with a history of building strong client relationships, loves building culture and is motivated by success. As a strategic thinker, you’re fully immersed in the culture around you and informed by the most current ideas, trends, and behaviors. You're responsible for cultivating and nurturing strong working relationships across the internal agency and client teams alike and is someone who thrives on the development of innovative marketing solutions while knowing how to maximize agency resources to deliver against client goals. 

Account people not only have to appreciate great creative, they need to champion it.  And the best way to champion it is to understand the business challenges and problems that our ideas will solve – and to help clients connect the dots. They need to be “quarterbacks” to help create pioneering work and navigate the complexity of marketing today – and in many ways, they need to be agents of change to buck the status quo.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and lead agency resources and IAT partners in order to meet our client’s marketing objectives and deadlines
  • Responsible for understanding the impact of changes to the project flow, and be able to guide teams on problem solving on the fly
  • Cares passionately about the detail – right first time, every single time!
  • Takes responsibility for the day to day running of the account with regard to production budgets, timing plans, etc.
  • Works with project management to ensure that work is being progressed through various different departments on time
  • Apply your understanding of the strategic role of each communication channel to think holistically about communication solutions

  • Partner with Creative teams in defining and shaping campaign concepts

  • Be able to take a brief from Client and draft a creative brief for internal discussion
  • Be able to judge creative ideas in terms of factual accuracy, relevance to the brief and ability to inspire and motivate the consumer. Sharing those thoughts during internal reviews with teams
  • Day-to-day client lead across multiple brands
  • Provide perspective and leadership in development of quality solutions and strategic thinking
  • Work closely with account team, talent and business management to understand, anticipate, and manage budgetary issues

  • Apply your understanding of the strategic role of each communication channel to think holistically about communication solutions

  • Lead content and production initiatives

  • Actively mentor junior employees and recruit new talent to the Agency

  • Provide agency and client deliverables including creative briefs, marketing and communication plans/calendars, brainstorming sessions, creative strategy sessions, POVs, competitive analyses, etc.
  • Ability to see the big picture, identify key issues, and provide proactive tactical and strategic recommendations
  • Establish oneself as a trusted resource and channel expert for all client and inter-agency team partners

What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of directly related experience within an Agency environment with integrated expertise across TV, digital and social
  • Demonstrated track record of client relationship development and service
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
