We are looking for a Recruiter who will be responsible for identifying and attracting industry best talent for across our Mirum USA Offices. The Recruiter will be responsible for full cycle recruiting for positions across all disciplines and experience levels including:

  • Analytics
  • Client Services
  • Design
  • Creative
  • Project Management
  • Strategy
  • Technology
  • UX

A Day in the Life:

Pipeline: 

    • Actively track top prospects and be aware of the top industry talent
    • Create a network of top talent for each level and maintain relationships
    • Proactively speak to employees for referrals and add to talent pipeline
    • Identify and champion non-traditional recruiting strategies
    • Attend selected industry recruitment events/forums

Recruitment: 

    • Act as brand ambassador to all candidates
    • Ensure vetting process is seamless, thoughtful and timely
    • Schedule and oversee interview process
    • Conduct references on final candidates
    • Partner with HR, Finance and Hiring Manager to agree on all offer packages
    • Conduct exploratory chats and provide written assessments as needed
    • Keep/monitor active job posting profiles on Mirumagency.com, jwt.com, LinkedIn, Twitter and other social media outlets to promote all roles
    • Manage all aspects of the Jobvite Applicant Tracking System, including, but not limited to: entering requisitions, posting jobs, managing candidate flow, submitting offers and closing out all jobs and candidates as needed

Internal Relationships: 

    • Partner with the hiring managers to secure aspirational, insightful and actionable job briefs
      • Hire against long term agency fit in concert with specific job specs
      • Understand the functions and needs of all departments
    • Partner with Leadership, HR and Finance to ensure shared knowledge across Agency open to hire list in order to agree recruitment priorities
    • Project based assignments


What You’ll Need:

  • Let’s start with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). Surprise us with the equivalent!
  • Minimum 5-7 years of either recruiting experience in Technology, Design or Advertising/Marketing fields. Previous Digital Agency experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience with full lifecycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks and onboarding
  • Sound judgement, able to maintain high standards of confidentiality
  • Previous experience working with applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Multi-tasker who thrives on fast-paced environment
