Digital Associate Creative Director

The Digital Associate Creative Director is responsible for inspiring, training and directing teams to create effective shopper marketing digital experiences and interactive design solutions. From digital products and design systems to digitally-led marketing campaigns and activations, you infuse digital-first processes and thinking into all creative outputs across the team. The Digital Associate Creative Director has a strong affinity for business, strategy, a deep understanding of technology, and curiosity of what’s next. These attributes are evident when you are presenting work to clients or internally.

 Responsibilities:

  • Be the lead creative for digital best practices across multiple shopper marketing creative teams – infusing digital knowledge throughout the team via ongoing training and mentorship of other creatives.
  • Be a hands-on contributor for assigned projects and initiatives; provide your insights, expertise, ideas, designs and solutions.
  • Create user flows and wireframes for digital experiences.
  • Develop customer experience maps within a shopper marketing framework.
  • Present your work and others’ work with a clear understanding of the assignment and strategy.
  • Work closely with other ACDs, Creative Directors and the GCD in developing and evangelizing digital best practices across the creative team.
  • Work quickly, independently and with a can-do attitude.
  • Develop great relationships with clients, co-workers and partner agencies.
  • Embrace, evolve and evangelize our methodologies, philosophies and commitment to Beautiful, Usable, Interesting, and Smart Design.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of relevant [Digital, Social, Shopper Marketing] agency experience
  • Breathtaking portfolio of amazing digital design work
  • Experience creating and designing omnichannel deliverables
  • Experience in .com, mobile, video, motion and installation design
  • Experience in complex UI design, product design and application
  • An overall understanding of Web production and the capabilities within digital channels
