Responsibilities
•Maintain weekly internal and client status reports

•Build detailed schedules coordinating various resources

•Take responsibility for scheduling meetings and coordinating presentations

•Lead meeting with teams to ensure that the work is aligned with the client brief and all project requirements are adhered to

•Accountable for successful implementation of print and digital marcom

•Has a thorough understanding of the client's business and industry

•Build client relationships based on trust and mutual understanding

•Communicate regularly with clients and maintain written client agreements

•Understand and use Agency systems to ensure the sound management of projects

•Continually look for opportunities to grow account and improve efficiencies

•Manage costs throughout the project to ensure the job meets budget

•Ensure project runs smoothly and efficiently while following all processes and necessary approvals

•Represent the agency an the team in the best light in front of clients

•Demonstrate passion and excitement about all tasks whether grand or on the small scale

•Be a voice on the team -- share thoughts, opinions and ideas to help better a project, teamwork or client business

Requirements
• Bachelors degree: Business, Marketing or Communications degree preferred

• At least two years prior agency experience

• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Creative thinker and problem solver

• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills

• Skilled at building a rapport with clients and internal team members

• Ability to effectively and diplomatically lead projects through an extended team that does not directly report into the immediate team

• Self started with energy, ambition and drive to succeed

• Stellar organizational skills, strong attention to detail and follow through along with flawless execution in management of client projects
