Digitaria co-founder Daiga Atvara leads and guides Digitaria’s creative teams as they help brands connect with people through visual and user experience design. Setting and guiding Digitaria’s overall creative vision, Atvara serves as mentor to her team of visual, multimedia and user experience designers.
Versatile and visionary, Atvara has more than 15 years experience across several advertising and communications industry disciplines, and played an integral part in shaping the company. Her successful transition from traditional marketing to interactive communications has made her a rare and elite creative talent.
Prior to partnering with CEO Dan Khabie to launch Digitaria in 1997, Daiga worked as an Art Director and Creative Director at advertising agencies in both the United States and her native Latvia. She holds a Masters Degree in Fine Arts from the Latvian Academy of Fine Arts.
