Around the world, pairs of young creatives competed in the annual Cannes Young Lions competition. Local Cannes Lions representatives in each country selected one team through a pre-selection process and invited them to compete against top talent for a remarkable reward: a trip to the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity and the opportunity to receive their awards on stage at the industry’s most important event of the year. Meet the People: Talking creativity and Bruce Lee with Bill Chan, JWT Shanghai

Bill Chan is anything but new to the advertising game. After kicking off his career as a copywriter in Hong Kong, he has taken his talents across the country to Beijing and, currently, JWT Shanghai, where he is the Chief Creative Officer. He has won awards from Cannes, the CLIOs, One Show, LongXi, the HK4As, and more. He’s also worked with several big-name brands, such as Nike, Pepsi, Siemens and China Mobile. The icing on the cake? Dan Ingall Returns To China As Managing Director of JWT Shanghai

Appointed by JWT Asia Pacific CEO Tom Doctoroff, Dan Ingall has been named the new managing director of JWT Shanghai. Ingall joins from JWT London, where he served as the Global Business Director for Nokia over the past two years. Worldmade in action: JWT Paris “High Five” connects new talent to global network

Each year, the Association for the Promotion of French Advertising (AACC) invites promising advertising students to visit agencies across France. Contributing to JWT's history of firsts, JWT Paris wanted to do more than just open the doors to its agency. Using JWT's Worldmade creative philosophy, JWT Paris decided to showcase the breadth of our network by creating High Five, the world's first global speed recruiting video operation.
